The Project Runway mentor is finally responding to Gagita calling him a bully on The View back in August and still stands by his costume comment:
"What I’ve said about her is very matter-of-fact. She doesn’t wear clothes, she wears costumes! So would I ever put her on a best dressed list or list her among fashion icons? Of course not."
Tim goes on to add:
"She’s remarkably talented and the world’s a better place for having her, but best dressed list? Not in my vocabulary!"
Fair enough. Everybody's entitled to their own opinion.

Tim Gunn is known for his style expertise and he isn’t afraid to voice his opinion — although it looks like his honesty has stuck a chord with Lady Gaga. The singing star went on The View on Aug. 1, where she called Tim a “bully” — but he was quick to respond to her accusations. “What I’ve said about her is very matter-of-fact. Tim went on to compliment Gaga, even if he might not be fond of some of her outrageous wardrobe choices. “She’s remarkably talented and the world’s a better place for having her, but best dressed list? Not in my vocabulary!”
